As the founder of Unidos Organization and Ibuilders Corporation, a thriving Union Carpentry service company. Marco is proud to lead a business that celebrated its 12th anniversary in July 2024, now employing over 150 skilled union carpenters.

Born in Mexico and raised by hardworking immigrant parents, Marco learned the importance of determination and perseverance from an early age. His journey from a union carpenter to earning a degree in Construction Management led to the creation of Ibuilders Corp. with just $1,300 in savings. Despite the challenges of gaining client trust and securing contracts, Marco focused on networking and building a robust and trustworthy team. Together, we have overcome significant obstacles and achieved remarkable growth. Marco’s passion lies in mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs, particularly those from similar backgrounds, encouraging them to take bold risks and turn their business aspirations into reality.
