Marcos G. Reyes founded Reyes Group Ltd. in 1992 and has grown it into a successful construction and infrastructure development firm with a diverse portfolio of active projects across Illinois and Texas.

Reyes Group Ltd. was incorporated in the State of Illinois in July of 1992. The company’s President and sole owner is Mr. Marcos G. Reyes. His foresight and vision have been central to the success and substantial growth for Reyes Group over its 31-year history. Reyes Group Ltd. provides both specialized and general contracting services for new construction, infrastructure development and renovation of existing complexes. Areas of expertise include: Structural Concrete, Underground Site Utilities, Concrete Site Work, Concrete Precast, Excavation, Demolition, Erosion Control and Light Rail Work. Reyes Group’s corporate office is in Markham, IL which serves the Chicagoland Area. Mr. Reyes has expanded his business in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex area with a fully staffed headquarter office in Grand Prairie, Texas. We have been actively doing work in the North Texas Market for about 14 years. We work as General Contractor, Subcontractor, as well as Joint Venture partner on projects as the scope dictates.

Born in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, Marcos lived with his parents, one brother and five sisters. The family moved to Illinois in 1970 when Marcos was seven years old.

Marcos graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign, Urbana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in May of 1987. He also earned a Certificate in Interactive Graphic Design and Computer Aided Design in March of 1989. After graduation, he worked for the City of Chicago Department of Aviation in the Airport Engineering Division as a Civil Engineer/Designer until April of 1990. He then moved into the private sector as a Project Engineer/Project Manager until he decided to devote his energies to his newly established business - Reyes Group Ltd.

Marcos is actively involved in key management and strategic decisions of the company. A significant portion of his time is devoted to meeting with customers but he also remains in constant contact with his employees at all levels, on all projects. Marcos is married with three children and lives in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
